THE HEALING PROMISE OF QI
Learn how to create health, wellness and personal transformation through Qigong, ancient methods for modern people. Harness the power of Qi, the life force that flows through all living things. Use your mind-intent and your body’s own self-healing mechanisms to reduce stress, create wellness, enhance personal performance, improve relationships and move through life with balance and grace. This workshop distills the best lessons from dozens of Chinese teachers into one easy-to-learn exercise that moves you through the 10 Phases of Qi Cultivation. You will cultivate three levels of your life: physical, heart/mind, and spiritual.
Roger Jahnke, a doctor of oriental medicine, introduced this breakthrough form in his book, The Healing Promise of Qi. Instructor Michael Clark has completed a 200-hour teaching certification with Dr. Jahnke and accompanied him to China to study methods of cultivating Qi.
No experience is necessary. Beginners will get a full introduction to Qigong practice with movement, breathing, meditation and philosophy. Skilled practitioners will deepen their knowledge of circulating and transforming Jing to Qi to Shen in the body.
